Wednesday wrap

Despite the exits of my long shots Berdych (66/1 o/r) and Verdasco (11.0 Mugray match) - both of whom played well in defeat - it's been a good day. That's because we had one winner - three points on 6/1 (BOG) chance Bosham at Kempton - from the three races tackled today. Twelve points profit on the horses. Pays for the crisps...

As for Mugray he just managed to pull through but has drifted to 3.05 on betfair despite the move into the semi-finals. It will be interesting to see how he gets on against Jerzy Boy on Friday. The 6'8" Pole beat Mugray in Paris (indoors) in November last year to level the H2H @ 1-1

Meanwhile I'll be cheering on the Flipper to take out the unlikeable Bartoli tomorrow. Let's hope she can do it. Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to watch the match live.

Haydock could be the place for a couple of wagers in the morning.
